Hi there - my name is Michael. I'm a German fellow, 43 years old, and my family and I have been living in Albany, NY since we came to the States in 2001. I heard about P90X on the radio and figured this might be a good program for me to get back in shape (like in the "old" days... or were it actually the younger days).
So, here I am and I am looking forward to participate

I just completed my first 90 days of P90X (today is the June 1st, 2010). So far I am pretty excited about the program and the results. I lost about 8% of body fat but just 4 lbs in body weight which More ...
I just completed my first 90 days of P90X (today is the June 1st, 2010). So far I am pretty excited about the program and the results. I lost about 8% of body fat but just 4 lbs in body weight which basically means I was able to "convert" a good portion of fat into muscles.

I was actually planning to start the P90X+ now. But looking into some of those "+" DVDs I realized that the chin-up bar takes part in many of the exercises. Unfortunately I am currently traveling a lot, which makes some of the P90X+ workouts just hard to do. Therefore I have decided to do another round of P90X before moving on. Once I am back home for good I may decide to switch to the "+" series immediately. We'll see... I'll keep you posted!

BTW - I guess my results also left a good impression with some of my colleagues as well as my wife. Matter of fact my wife started her P90X Lean program three days ago and some of my colleagues were talking about giving it a shot too.

9/5/2011 - I'm back! Had to take a significant break due to tendonitis in both arms which forced me to stop exercising in September 2010. Besides my elbow issues..., boy did I feel great back then. Was able to maintain my weight but have to admit that I "traded" some muscle for body fat. But everything seems to be healed up well now and I picked up a new round of P90X five days ago. Man..., I cannot recall it hurting that much when I started my very first round back in 2010!

But I am getting there again. Will complete the first week tomorrow and I am really excited right now.

Anyway..., glad to be back with you folks. Was about time to bring it again!!!

Figured I provide a little update. Yesterday was "half time" - Day 45 is completed!!! Things are looking good again. Have not lost any weight but instead lost quite some body fat. So overall I am pretty happy with the results from the first half. 45 more to go.
P90X2? Put it in the mail Tony!!!

12/22/2011 Hey whatsup? Finished another round of P90X and am currently in phase 1 of the X2. Things are looking great again. I am very excited about current results and just bumped up my goals on this website.
