At day 108. Started seeing the changes more pronounced as I closed in on Day 90. My wife said she could see the changes more easily than I could. Most of the weight loss came in the last two to three weeks. I was losing more in inches than in pounds. Using lots of protein, complex carbs (fiber 25-30 grams/day) and water. Added a little jogging this week. Feels great. Cholesterol is getting better too. Power 90 is the way to go. Thanks Tony and Beach Body!
