More statistics| sly84 I try to live a healthy life style successfully most of the time but some times get discouraged. I usually workout 3-5 times a week and ride/walk to work. But despite my lifestyle I can't seem to burn off the extra fluff and get some definition. The plateaus I usually reach end up negating a portion of the progress that I've made a few times a year because I start to slack on my workouts and diet | ?
