I am just starting power 90 for the second time. It only lasted about a 2
weeks last year and even though I lost a few pound and was feeling better I
just lost the motivation to continue. That is the hardest thing for me. It is
always easy to start a workout plan or a diet of healthy eating but sticking to
it is another story. I am ready to commit this time! I have a wedding coming
up June
