Figured I would start on my 38th birthday. What a silly idea! I am a firefighter and figure I owe it to my fellow firefighters and the public that pays my wages to be as physically fit as possible. We work in extreme conditions and just being "fit" doesn't cut it. If someone is willing to put their life in my hands, I should be willing to make the effort to be in the best physical condition
