SAINT LOUIS, MO I have completed Power 90 and P90X the past two years and it has put me on a path to Health and Wellness. I feel great and energized trying to keep up with my 17, 15, and 13 year old kids. Especially my 17 year old who is a baseball player with dreams of playing at the collegiate level. We now share the same weight class. he is 6'3 195, and I am 6'0 194. Staying fit, has challenged me to become more disciplined at home and on the road with my hectic work schedule. I needed a home fitness challenge that kept me on track. Last year, I decided to enter a fitness challenge with my Taekwando class and do some other excercises. I never gave up P90X, and had such results that I won the Fitness challenge. I then wondered, What next? Then cam along a little workout called P90X2 and I am on track again. At age 50, I feel better than I did in my 40's and despite some of the little aches and pains, once again I am on a Fitness high. What an incredible workout.

My fitness journey began in December 2002, sitting on the couch with a jar of peanuts, (favorite snack food). 25 pounds overweight, out of shape, and approaching the mid life age of 42, I was glued to a late night infomercial featuring Tony Horton and Power 90. I ordered it and I was committed for the next 90 days. During that time I had several personal challenges including the death of my father, but I was destined to finish the program, and finish I did. I felt like I was in the best shape ever and the before and after photos were my proof. GREAT ACCOMPLISHMENT! So what did I do, I decided to take some time off, begin eating junk and before you know it I felt horrible again. I still looked good, my energy level was low and I was snacking again like crazy. (Those peanuts crept up again until I tried Soy nuts). I thought I needed a different program so I ordered Slim and 6 and then the light bulb went off. I needed the supplements and to learn better healthy eating habits. I turned my basement into a sweat smelling gym, and now things were happening. I had more energy, was physically experiencing muscle growth and I got my kids, wife and even some friends involved in the program. I’m now 46 and still setting goals. Following a difficult recuperation from knee surgery in the summer, I am committed to finish Power 90 again. That's the beauty of the program because it is so forgiving and you can start anytime. My goal now is to look and and feel great for our cruise in March. I have helped people all my life and decided it was time to help others get fit and feel great. I am now a MDB coach thanks to Tammie and Doug Fitzgerald and look forward to a sucessful business. The one true joy in life is the example I am setting for my wife, kids and others. This is what keeps me fired up and motivated, especially in a time when they are challenged every day with poor school nutrition choices and keeping up their active lifestyle. Thanks MDB for the opportunity to help change lives.
