I will turn fifty this December. I have always maintained a level of fitness. Being an ex-college basketball player I still have a competiveness about me that I cannot cure. I currently hold the position of head basketball coach at a large high school. I got out of the habit of playing so I have lost that part of my conditioning. I want as much of that back as possible. I will turn fifty this December. I have always maintained a level of fitness. Being an ex-college basketball player I still have a competiveness about me that I cannot cure. I currently hold the position of head basketball coach at a large high school. I got out of the habit of playing so I have lost that part of my conditioning. I want as much of that back as possible. I do the mundane weight training, I want to shake it up a bit, and see if I can still do it.
