Hello!

My name is Daniel and I live in the San Diego Bay area. One of my most desired goals is being healthy and slim down my family tendence to get diabetes. I am a latin american person that loves to play tennis and the piano.

Three years ago, in my 3rd semester at college, I had a very tough relationship breakup. I got so tired of being sad and started "grinding it". I used to walk everywhere, to count my calories and going to the gym for 3+ hours a day. I just wanted to isolate from almost everyone I knew.

That worked fantastic. I lost 6 inches off my waist in 3 months. I never felt and looked so nice! I maintained myself in that awesome shape for about a year, when my responsibilities started to increase...

As soon as I started work in my research at school and in a part time job, I started missing my eating times. To add more, I started to eat the same junk I used to do. At first I had some digestive problems because of it but then I got used to all that trash.

Then I found another way to "escape" the real world that was easier than working out: MMORPGing. I played almost 5 hours a day of MapleStory and/or World of Warcraft. I felt my health decaying fast.

Fast forwarding to now, I have been going to the gym 2 or 3 days a week for about an hour. I can't fit anymore time than that. I quit my MMORPG phase and have recovered some of my good eating habits.

My waist is now a size 36 and I weigh 223 pounds. Gym and tennis have been good, but as you could have heard "Don't play a sport to get fit, get fit to play a sport".

I got motivated to take the next step by my fiancee. She has done the chalean extreme program and got awesome results. Her and my health concerns are my main motivators to make this lifestyle change.

I have purchased the P90 program and I am planning to do it with 100% commitment. There is no coming back for me... I am committed!!

My dream is to be able to do the INSANITY workout completely and to keep doing it at least 3 times. Long work to do, but let's get our hands dirty...
