Transformation story

The summer of 2005 I decided to really work on becoming healthier. I was almost in a size 38 pair of pants and was feeling a little sluggish and run down. So I decided to hire a personal trainer.  More ...
The summer of 2005 I decided to really work on becoming healthier. I was almost in a size 38 pair of pants and was feeling a little sluggish and run down. So I decided to hire a personal trainer.

At the start September of 2005 my stats were
Body Fat: 26.46%
Weight: 185 lbs

By December 21 2005 my stats were
Body Fat: 16.98%
Weight: 154 lbs

A huge transformation in 3 months.

After loosing all the weight and feeling so much better I found it difficult to gain muscle. I had seemed to hit a plateau. In the Summer of 2006, to save money, I stopped working out with my trainer. I took what I learned and kepted working out mantaining what I have gained.

I first saw the P90X program on TV in December of 2006 and finally orderd it August of 2007. WOW am I happy I orderd it, wish I had done it sooner. It's just what I needed. Day 30 of my program and I can definatly feel the difference. Looking at day 30 pictures I can actually see more definition. Can't wait to see what day 60 is going to be like.
