I know, there are so many fitness and weight loss tips out there that just the idea of fitness and weight loss can be overwhelming and frustating. I'm honored to share with you the systems and products that not only have shaped my fitness philosophies, but changed my life, as well as the lives of so many of my clients!

My Story: I'm a 28 year old mom of a very energetic little boy with one on the way. For the most part,I’m just like any other mom. All I want is the energy to chase my son around and look and feel good doing it!
I have always been pretty active, athletic and in-shape. I studied Criminology in college (I did study Exercise Science for two years until I switched to Criminology) with the intent to serve my hometown as a police officer. When my husband, and high school sweetheart, earned his commission in The Marine Corps I was forced to choose a different career path.
Naturally, I fell back on my first true love…fitness. I have had a healthy obsession with fitness for as long as I can remember so it only made sense to follow my passion. While I was pregnant with my son, and with nothing else to do since the military dropped us in the middle of nowhere, I earned my ACE Personal Training Certification.
That was the easy part. The hard part came after I gave birth. I have never had that much weight to lose…yes; I gained an astounding 43 pounds…ughhhh. So it was a new and frustrating experience for me.
I went back to the basics and slowly but surely, the pounds melted off. Still, after almost a year I still wasn't where I wanted to be with regards to my weight loss goals. It was like I hit a never ending plateau. Around that same time, a neighbor introduced me to P90X. My husband and I decided to take the challenge and we jumped in feet first. The results were awesome! Needless to say, I busted through that plateau and never looked back.
Along with teaching bootcamp style, spinning and prenatal/postpartum fitness classes at a near by fitness center, I also run a personal training business...all of which have been shaped in some form or fashion by the Beachbody philosophy. For that reason, I decided to become a Beachbody coach in an effort to help others tackle their fitness goals...and never look back!

I gained an astounding 43 pounds with my first pregnancy. Even with my fitness background, I still wasn't were I wanted to be after a year.
In July of 2007, my husband and I jumped in feet first with P90X. The results were amazing. My body fat percentage dropped down to an all time low of 17%...AWESOME! I could even do 8 pull-ups! I was in better shape than when I finished basic training for the Army! It was amazing.
Like I said, I've never looked back. I have continued the Beachbody philosophy right through my second pregnancy. I'm excited to see my transformation after this go round. I'll keep you posted!
