Hi my name is sonia and I am very excited to be here, finally taking a step in the right direction towards health and nutrition. I have been overweight for quite sometime now and i am ready for a change in my life. I am currently at a miserable size 30 and i know that with a life style change i will be able to accomplish my goal. the tools that i need are here for me and i have a wonderful community of my peers for support.

I need to do this for me and for my son. I want to be able to be around to watch him grow, I have an active 8 year old son and it pains me for every time he come to me for us to go out to play or go to the park i have all sort of excuses to give him because i'm embarrassed to go out be cause of how big i allowed my self to get.I have also hurt myself working and now i walk with a limp because of the weight I have a problem with my left knee and my lower back, I have aces and pain all over and i know that my weight is the contributing factor in all of this, so i am ready to get rid of my size 30 to trade for a size healthy. I know this won't be easy but it will be worth it in the end.
