More statistics| spartanland Okemos, MI I quit smoking 30 days ago and now I am taking the next step to PUT on 10 lbs of pure hard core muscle! p90X looks like the way to do it for me. I will be working out at 5:30 every morning starting on Monday the 2nd of November. Right now I am at 12.2% body fat so I may need some help on how to put on weight and still maintain good body fat%.
