I am a divorced mother of two young boys, work full time as a speech
therapist. I am involved in my church, too. I have steadily gained over the
years, especially since having my two boys. I am at the highest weight now
that I have ever been. I generally find a plan and get enthused about it, then
it fades quickly and I am back in my old routines. I have a weakness for
sweets. Exercise

sweets. Exercise is ok, but I find it boring most of the time, especially since I
don't really have anyone to do it with, and limited time since my boys are
school age, etc. I really, really want this to work. I want to feel healthy and
start buying regular size clothing, instead of plus size.
