I stopped working out about 15 months ago prior to that I worked out 6 days a week to keep my body fit and lean. Felt the weight on me as if I was dragging my feet and gasping for air with every step I took. I seen my friend after his P90X completion and seen what results he accomplished. I took the next step and purchased the program as well. follow the meal plans, which I was used to eating healthy before. This program is intense but committed to finish and continue it as well.
