I am a 38 year old ordinary average guy who likes to bbq and drink beer with my friends. I work as a Sales Trainer for an Inside Sales team and as such find myself either in a cubicle or a classroom most of my day. The job does not always lend itself to activity. I have always had some level of physical fitness but as I have gotten older and my job more sedentary my fitness level has waned.

I am a 38 year old ordinary average guy who likes to bbq and drink beer with my friends. I work as a Sales Trainer for an Inside Sales team and as such find myself either in a cubicle or a classroom most of my day. The job does not always lend itself to activity. I have always had some level of physical fitness but as I have gotten older and my job more sedentary my fitness level has waned.

I have two children ages 11 and 12 that we stay busy with mostly in the evenings and weekends. I coach my son’s baseball, football, and basketball teams as well as basketball for my daughter. While this keeps me busy it is not the physical activity that I need to keep fit.

I have rededicated myself and since just before Thanksgiving started going to the gym every morning before work. I joined Beachbody just after Christmas and have been and will continue to use all the great tools for motivation.

I am 6'3" and currently weight just over 240. I am looking to getting back to my just after college weight of 210 and be able to run again like I did 10 years ago. I am excited to have the programs and support that Beachbody provides!!
