Finding success with your goals is about making a decision and committing to it. The work has been laid out for us here at Team Beachbody… We just have to follow it. Since making the decision to move forward toward what motivates me, I’m finding that all the ‘nay-sayers’ are being replaced with folks who share my ambition. What a privilege it is to be a part of the Team Beachbody community!
There is one thing that I’m absolutely sure of and that is, if you change your "I think" into "I know"... then it's a go! I cannot stress enough the importance of believing in yourself!
I’m here because I don’t give up. (Not on myself, and not on you!) I’m here because I care and want to be here. I’m here because I want to give back to the community which has given so much to me.

Here’s a fun visualization technique that I have and continue to use:
YOUR WORLD – YOUR WAY!
Visualize your life in the future.
* Where you are * How you feel * How you think –your attitude * The people you choose to spend your time with * Your goals at that time * What you do for a living * What you eat or don’t eat * Exercise habits * Family * What you look like * How you dress * Your schedule * Regular habits * etc.
Make a list of all the things you notice about your future, and compare it to the list you make about your current situation. (Being honest helps… nobody but you has to see the list. :D)
Go ahead and take one or two items from the list at a time and work toward changing your current habits into those that you visualized you’d be doing in your future. With each one you’ll realize that you are that much closer to the you that you want to be. "Your Closer Than You Think".

Before being introduced to Team Beachbody, I had become ill. For some reason I began to gain approximately four pounds a week and display an array of other symptoms such as severe asthma and migraines that could actually knock you over. Just attempting to stand up and cross the room was like attempting to go from 'she-ape' to 'wo-man'. After seeing an onslaught of doctors and specialists, no one was even close to figuring out why this was happening.
Shortly thereafter, I found mold scouring the walls behind the dresser, bed, shelving units, etc. It was so bad that I immediately banned and sealed the room off from use. I slowly lost all the symptoms but was left with the weight gain. Being chemical sensitive on top of the mold exposure, I found that the only way to get and stay well was to ban as many chemicals from my life and diet as I possibly could.
These changes along with continuing to work out with the programs offered here at Team Beachbody, have been working to transform me not only back to whom I once was, but healthier and more fit than ever before! I have not reached all of my fitness goals yet, but they are near. I’ll keep you posted.
