Hey everyone...I am so excited to change my life this year. I want to start today!! I am a 29 year old professional living in Palatine, IL. with a career focus. I am always working, and never really make much time for myself. My hope is to make some time for me by starting the P90X program. I basically want to change my lifestyle! I will do this by making healthier choices to being more active by getting out of my apartment, and by putting into action the programs and knowledge that I gain from all of you in this community.
