I started this program several yrs ago thinking I was going to tone up. My workout dvd's starting collecting dust as usual. Towards the end of July 2011 I stepped on the scale and busted out at 207. I knew it was time for a change. To this day, 6 months later I weigh 148 lbs. I was determined to complete both P90X & Insanity and I'm happy to say that I accomplished both. I feel great!!
