Started my Beachbody journey in 2008 after putting on almost 30 lbs due to a health related issue. After seeing an infommercial for Tony Horton's 10 minute trainer. I was sold. I told myself I can devote at least 10 minutes a day to working out. It got me motivated, back in shape and introduced me to other Beachbody workout programs.
