More statistics| srlund Jackson Heights, NY Started my Beachbody journey in 2008 after putting on almost 30 lbs due to a health related issue. After seeing an infommercial for Tony Horton's 10 minute trainer. I was sold. I told myself I can devote at least 10 minutes a day to working out. It got me motivated, back in shape and introduced me to other Beachbody workout programs. Next year will be a milestone birthday for me. Back at it after my winter slump. My main goal is to see what I can achieve by February 2012. Thank you Beachbody and Biggest Loser contest at work for motivating me. Here's to the next 10 months.
| My Blog 03/31/12 I'm going to set my goal weight to be 160 lbs by summer. Let's do this! If I am a bit leaner by then, I'm ahead of he game. I will be starting up my training for the JP Morgan Corporate Challenge 5K More ... 03/19/12 Haven't blogged in awhile. I'm moving on to week 3 of Full Throttle Rev Abs. Loving the intensity! I seem to be having a harder time losing weight. I want to get leaner. I'm not eating terriblely.
