I want to help people get healthy. Period. I never realized how much crap I was putting in my body. I slowly came to realize that I was 100% resposible for my health alone and what I ate and how much I moved would directly affect my health now and in the future. I work in a family restaurant and I see soooo... many obsese people come in day after day and make poor food choices. I began to educate myself about the foods I was putting in my body. I looked more closely at my diet. I began to eat organics. Added more veggies, fruits, free range chicken and beef. No prepackaged foods. Nothing out of a box. Within 1 month I could feel the difference. The last piece to my puzzle is to get moving so I ordered the Insantiy and P90X workout videos. I am so pleased with the results so far I decided to be a coach so I could encourge people. Anyone, yes anyone, can do this. You might have to start slow but start. Get yourself in the right mindset. Tell yourself 'I can do this!' Do baby steps at first if you must but do them. Also take a moment and reflect on what kind of shape you want to be when you get older. Do you want to be using a walker and/or on oxygen at 65 or do you want to be able to climb a mountain? YOU are the only one who can make that choice. Also educate yourself about the foods you put in your body. Go organic when you can.
