I was a little over weight as a younger child. I got into shape during adolescence. When I went to college, I put on bad weight when I was trying to get stronger and put on lean muscle weight. I realized this and became totally aware of my physique and became hooked on staying in shape. By the end of college, I was 152 pounds and 4% body fat. I was tired of being the same way all the time. As I have become older, I assumed I would never get into better shape than I was. I was in ok shape, but I wasn't ripped. I always wanted to be the person someone would look at by the pool or beach and say, "Wow, that person is in great shape!" I just didn't know how to go about it. I worked out, but it just wasn't enough. I came acrossed P90X and that just sparked my interest. I started and got addicted. The results have been amazing. Now, it would not have worked if I didn't bust my tail everyday. Since I wasn't 50-100+ pounds overweight to begin with, it seemed like I had to work even harder to get amazing results. I like it so much I am currently working out to P90X+ and want even more. I love these workouts and recommend P90x to everyone I know.
