Starting next month, I plan to start Aikido and maybe some Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).
I got my first start in fitness after having my second child when I gained 80 lbs. Then after baby number three, I gained 100lbs. Determined, I unhealthily lost the weight by starving myself and then I eventually turned to Bulimia. Even though I lost the weight, I still fluctuated for years. It was definitely a stormy time in my life where I felt I was at war with food. I became scared of fat and calories. I got so tired of the battle, I finally decided to take fitness to a new level and instead of doing it unhealthy and alone I added Beachbody to my routine, but not before I did a lot of searching and reading reviews. Feeling Beachbody was the right choice for me, I closed the door to all the bad habits and really pushed myself to do it right. I never thought that having a fitness program would help me achieve the extreme results I have. I was fit, but never like I am now. It has become an addiction to workout with my Beachbody products because I never stop seeing results. I won't say that it is only the Beachbody products since you must have a sense of devotion and responsibility to yourself in order to reach high levels of fitness, but Beachbody does help you to stay accountable, gives you the tools and help you need to get to where you want to be in fitness, connects you with others for support, and most of all, although it is hard work, they keep it fun and real!
I hope while I am coaching that I can help others who share in what I have gone through to get the results they want and deserve while doing it the RIGHT way. I realize the tremendous stresses of raising a family and trying to have time to better yourself. It can be tough but it isn't impossible. You just have to want it!

We all know the story behind having children and weight gain. I had my first child at 17 years old and gained 80lbs during pregnancy; I weighed in at 220 at delivery.Before being able to lose the baby weight, I got pregnant with my second and regained all my pregnancy weight leaving me again,at 220lbs. After my second baby, I lost all the weight within a year just to turn around a few months later and got pregnant with baby number 3, which at delivery, I had gain 100 lbs and weighed in at 240. I lost all my weight in 2 years and was truly fit. I kept it off for 9 years before I got pregnant with baby number 4. By this time, I had a tummy tuck to regain the beautiful stomach I had before my children. Scared, I did the best I could to stay fit during pregnancy and was running 2 miles a day up until 6 months pregnant which then my doctor said no more. So then I started to pack on the weight. I gained 40 pounds. =( But I am back! Chalean Extreme, Insanity, Turbofire, and Hip Hop Abs has helped me regain my gorgeous body and I tell you, "Digging Deeper" and "Not being tired" has given me motivation to get where I want to be. If I can do it three times, I know if you have the will, there is a way!

12/27/11 Today I hit the Chalean Extreme Get Lean Intervals. It is truly an amazing workout. My bum burns everytime I do it. I really wish I had some friends to do it with me.
