I'am 46 years old and have two great kids, daughter 18 and son 22. Live in Texas and have been active since High School. Participated in Volleyball and Track. Also completed some marathons and enjoy riding my bike as well as jogging.

On 2009 January, I was working out with Tony Horton who represents P-90 and P90X, which I have completed and did see great results. However, when I completed the workouts in 2010 February, I got lazy and did not continue with a work out plan.

This year I will be doing Chalean Extreme and hope to get back on track and get physical. Time to get serious and see the great results again.

I enjoy the Beachbody support and programs. They are awesome and have been great tools to accomplish my goals. So, Let's get physical....and Bring it!
