I am a grandmother of 4 in New York State. I had a heart attack and a stent inserted in November, 2004. I recently had surgery and have been cleared by my doctor to start an exercise program. I am hoping to tone and shape, not so much looking for giant muscles. This program looks interesting and fun. I have not received my products yet, but am excited about starting.
