I am 19 years old. I had a baby on January 11, 2009, and my life has changed dramatically! He is my life. I named him Tyler and he is everything to me. I don't need to lose weight, but I need to get healthy. My mom is a coach and signed me up to help her stay motivated! So, we will be helping each other as we get fit and healthy.
