Completed my first round of P90X. My weight is holding steady at 182lbs. Lost 12lbs since the start. I feel so much better not have the extra weight. My resting heart rate is down to 62. All my fitness stats improved. I feel much stronger and fit. I have really not followed any strict diet, but the Shakeology has eliminated my cravings for snacks. It's amazing when you give your body what it needs how it responds!!!

I will start round two in a few weeks. Until then my weekly routine will include: Yoga, Core Synergistics (twice), Plyometrics. My goal for round two will be to do less reps and heavier weight to add some muscle.

Everyone stick to your plan,focus on the small gains, and before you know it you will meet all your fitness goals! Do your best and forget the rest!!!!
