Columbia, SC I am a 42 year old, married father of three. I have been very involved in coaching and playing sports my entire life. I am a former college football player, but my true passion is basketball. I have been looking to change up my workout and regain some muscle tone. I just completed P90X for the first time. Completed my first round of P90X. My weight is holding steady at 182lbs. Lost 12lbs since the start. I feel so much better not have the extra weight. My resting heart rate is down to 62. All my fitness stats improved. I feel much stronger and fit. I have really not followed any strict diet, but the Shakeology has eliminated my cravings for snacks. It's amazing when you give your body what it needs how it responds!!!
I will start round two in a few weeks. Until then my weekly routine will include: Yoga, Core Synergistics (twice), Plyometrics. My goal for round two will be to do less reps and heavier weight to add some muscle.
