I'm a WAHM to a three-year-old boy. I've always enjoyed all kinds of fitness activities, and in fact just sold a fitness franchise! Sadly though, I've let circumstances control by destiny until now. Tomorrow starts my journey toward getting my body and my self image back. I turned 40 on Dec. 26, 2009. I thought by 40 I'd have it all together. Not so. But, I've determined that 2010 is my year. I

Tomorrow starts my journey toward getting my body and my self image back. I turned 40 on Dec. 26, 2009. I thought by 40 I'd have it all together. Not so. But, I've determined that 2010 is my year. I will be fit, not by 40 by while I'm 40! I had a baby three years ago and each day I see him grow and age, is one more day that I'm uncomfortable carrying this "baby" weight around. I readier than ever!
