Hi Guys, I am Rochelle 42 years old, I own my own business, a janitorial service, BRITE WORLD CLEANING. I am active with the youth in my church and I also play drums for my church. I have played since age 11. And I LOVE THE LORD. I also know that it is going to take him, me, and you, to help me succeed with this journey :-) Well the only bad thing about me is that I am overweight. I have battled weight for the last 14 years. The most that I have weighed is 290 pounds. I am currently 256.5. I did this with diet and excercise. So now I need my next push. The reasons I decided to become a coach/STUDENT is I am totally a people person. I have lots of friends, and if I had some people to workout with instead of eat out with and we encourage one another to do this. I think it will work for me. And I want to be healthy and look good when I start going back out to dinner. See, when I get to my goal I will work out to
eat:-) I have a Super HUBBY, he has never once said anything negative about my weight. Infact he always treats me as if I looked like
"Beyonce" :-o yea I know I don't. And thats all good! But, this sister here is going to give Janet Jackson a run for her money or teambeachbody a run for theirs! $250,000 to be exact! LOL Gotta have a goal. Our children are Zee 21, Darrius 17, and Raven 14. Zee has a daughter 4 who now lives with us. So yea were Maw-Maw and Paw-Paw. And I can't be lookin like a grandma. I am the only one that has a weight problem in my home. And they are all behind me 100% as I take this jouney in becoming a smaller healthier me.
