Cleburne, TX I want to thank you for taking the time to read my page and anyone else's! If you are reading this hopefully that means that you are ready to change your lifestyle for the better!! So let me tell you a little about me!! I was real athletic and extremely active growing up. I was always at the lake swimming, playing sports, and doing anything else that was outdoors. I was always at the lake swimming, playing sports, and doing anything else that was outdoors. During school, I was in every sport, so I never worried about what I ate, because I knew I was going to run it off in athletics anyway! I never thought about the days after high school when my coach wouldn't be there to make me workout and run to stay in shape.
I got married when I was 19 and had my son that next year! My son is diabled and that creates alot of stress for me, so taking time for me wasn't on my to do list. I became overwhelmed and stressed to the max, causing me to gain weight. I got up to 200 pounds. I decided to hit the gym. I went to the classes, worked out, and learned to eat healthier. After, about a month, I lost about 15 pounds, and that was my motivation to keep going. I was going to the gym every day until my son got really sick, so I decided to give up my membership.
Now, due to my son and his medical condition, I decided to buy P90X and give it a try. (Something I could do at home) I have been doing it for almost 2 months now and I have gone from a size 12 jeans to a size 6 and I'm 56 pounds lighter!
I know the challenges of raising a family, stressful times, and not having time for yourself. I can help you to accomplish your fitness goals, and together, we can get you started on the right path to success!

Growing up, I was real athletic. I played almost every sport so watching what I ate wasn't ever on my to do list. I was always eating what I wanted, whenever I wanted.
After highschool, I met the man of my dreams, Terry, got married, and at the age of 20, had my little blue eyed boy, Gavin! Gavin is currently 3 years old and was diagnosed with kidney failure at birth. He has been doing dialysis every night at home, which I do for him, since he was 3 days old.
Once I had him, I got overwhelmed and extremely stressed due to all of his medical stuff and gained alot of weight. I'm 6 feet tall, and I got up to 200 pounds. I was very unhappy, and had this mindset that this was how things were suppose to be.
After about a year or so, I decided to start thinking of myself a little bit more and get into shape. Mainly because my most favorite jean store was no longer going to be selling my size 12s anymore.. :) I got a gym membership and, for a while, I would just watch the classes at the gym while working out, wanting so bad to get in one, but too afraid of looking like an idiot! Finally one day, I thought, every one of those people in that class looked like an idiot trying to learn the steps at one time. So I went, I was in the back of the room hoping I wouldn't be noticed, but I was definitely there! Eventually, I learned the moves, and was right up front movin' and groovin'! After about 2 months of working out and eating healthier I lost 15 pounds! That pretty much kick started my motivation to keep working out!
My son ended up getting real sick, so I decided to end my gym membership and see if I could find something that I could do at home to keep me going towards my healthier lifestyle! I went to several stores, bought a few DVDs and tried them out. They all seemed to be a waste of money. I ended up falling off the fitness wagon and gained some weight back.
After a while, I decided to start looking for that wagon again to see if I could get back on! I ended up running into an old high school friend! She was just like me in high school. Our stories are very similar as well. Last time we spoke she was 215 pounds and lazy, this time, she was 160 pounds and fit! I COULD SEE HER ABS! I was way jealous! I immediately started stalking her asking a million questions about how she did it. She told me about beachbody and all of their fitness programs!
So I looked it up, but wasn't sure about spending that much money on a workout DVD since all the others have failed me. After a while I decided to just buy the P90X, because if my long lost friend could find her abs with these products, I knew there was hope for me!
Thanks to P90X, and my long lost friend, I have lost 56 pounds and I'm 3 jean sizes smaller!!
I know that if I can do this, ANYONE can! I truely mean that. I don't have time to go to a gym, and I did it, you can too!
