I have been married to my wife for 5 years. We have 3 children under the age
of 5. I can remember all my life being overweight or fat. Over the last 10
years or so I can remember the yo-yo weight loss-weight-gain etc.

I work in the technology industry in sales. I travel a ton due to my job -
mostly up and down the East Coast of the United States. Due to this and
never being in an "ideal" body weight my weight ballooned to 285 pounds.
With the help of my wife we started a program of eating right in August of
2007. So far I have done pretty good in losing weight on that program and
while I will continue to follow it, I felt that just eating right wasnt't enough.
After some research I embarked on a round of Power 90 which was an
awesome program for me. I "graduated" to P90MS and then P90X.

There have been some amazing "side effects" as well. I have a TON more
energy than I ever had before. I am mentally committed to eating right and
pushing play every day. Recently, I moved, changed job roles within my
company, and we had our third child all in the course of about 1 month's
time. Due to this I slipped on my fitness goals and therefore I am now
restarting on P90X.
