Starting April 2012, I finished an intense 8 week intermediate program a couple of weeks ago. Did BB RevAbs June 2011 to about 3 months ago. For now, I'm doing shorter abs & legs dvd routines. And, as when I was in the 8 week program, I follow up with a good 20 minute yoga stretch out recovery. Once I decided I was the person who did challenging workouts, I guess it was a done deal. The

Exercise AND Nutrition. RevAbs has a 1st 45 day phase 1, and a second & more challenging 45 day phase 2. Now, been thru phase 1 three times, and just started my second go thru with phase 2. Much better structure & upper body strength, but still have got a ways to go. Gotta cave & start using Shakeology product. Tried to weasel out with cheaper stuff, but I'm going to have to get the Shakeology because I want the results.
