Oak Harbor, WA Starting April 2012, I finished an intense 8 week intermediate program a couple of weeks ago. Did BB RevAbs June 2011 to about 3 months ago. For now, I'm doing shorter abs & legs dvd routines. And, as when I was in the 8 week program, I follow up with a good 20 minute yoga stretch out recovery. Once I decided I was the person who did challenging workouts, I guess it was a done deal. The Starting April 2012, I finished an intense 8 week intermediate program a couple of weeks ago. Did BB RevAbs June 2011 to about 3 months ago. For now, I'm doing shorter abs & legs dvd routines. And, as when I was in the 8 week program, I follow up with a good 20 minute yoga stretch out recovery. Once I decided I was the person who did challenging workouts, I guess it was a done deal. The dvd programs provide such excellent safety, there's really is no downside. I really liked the high intensity interval training routines & think they're a real gift to those who really wish to enjoy life.
What's different in the last week or so is that first thing in the morning (4am), I'm getting in one of those tiny single servings of oatmeal. Then, about a half hour doing other stuff before starting moderate intensity dvd exercise. Truth: it's weird getting used to. Up side: we have a lot of new info in 2012 and it would be sad not to make use of it. We "save" our own lives in more ways than one, and maybe get 1 or 2 people we love to stop shitting on their lives too. (too strong? sorry.)
Live the revolution. The old model behavior of maybe being in good shape in teens & 20's - some kind of train wreck after that: it has always been morally vacant. It WAS sanctioned by garbage adverting, same kind as said that smoking cigarettes was good. But, now there's a paradigm shift & hope anyone reading this will be brave enough to live well in the 21st century. Love you.

Much better structure & upper body strength, but still have got a ways to go. Gotta cave & start using Shakeology product. Tried to weasel out with cheaper stuff, but I'm going to have to get the Shakeology because I want the results.
