I am just a guy looking to lose 25-30 lbs. I'm almost 40 and I've allowed myself to gain too much weight and want to loose the extra poundage and regain a little of my youth before it slips completely away. I really want the energy levels I used to experience in my youth, prior to gaining the extra pounds.

I am reducing my calorie intake to 1250 calories a day, limiting my carbs, taking houdia to reduce my urge to snack. I've reduced the size of my meals and increased my meals to 5 a day, keeping the bulk of the calories to the first half of the day. I'm not eating or snacking after 7pm in the evening. I'm using the ab-lounge to work my abs, I jog up to 3 miles once a week, I purchased the Hip Hob abs program so I can increase my cardio to burn more calories and improve my muscle tone.
