I'm a mortgage broker in St. Louis, Missouri. I try work out 5 days a week,
mostly walking, videos and cardio kickboxing. I didn't
struggle with my weight until I was almost 22. Then, it seemed like
I had gained 30 lbs in no time! I have always eaten a lot of
sweets so improving my diet is something I continue to work
very hard at every day (but ice cream calls to me daily)!

diet and walking 1 mile 3 times a week. Now, I jog 3about 3-5
miles, 5 times a week, and I've incorporated other cardio
into my routine - Kickboxing and the Yoga Booty Ballet
video. So far I've lost 30 lbs. For me, the key to getting
fit is to have fun while doing it and do it
every day and not beat myself up when I slip.
