Fort Worth, TX My weight has been a point of concern and attention as long as I can remember. As a little boy, I remember the baby fat that never seemed to leave. Over time, husky-sized jeans gave way to men's pants that had to be hemmed because no boy's jeans would fit. By high school, crash dieting became a way of life. After a few months of good behavior, I would retreat into the greasy food cooked my by My weight has been a point of concern and attention as long as I can remember. By high school, crash dieting became a way of life. After a few months of good behavior, I would retreat into the greasy food cooked my by step-father or the high-flavor, high-fat foods of local fast food establishments.
In college, I successfully shed a good bit of weight; although, even at my best (after a 1.5 years of cheerleading, weight lifting, and healthy eating) I never saw my abdominals.
Since college, 220 - 250 pounds have rested on my 6' 3" body. After hitting 30 and taking anti-depressants, I find that I am stuck at 245 pounds without any easy fixes.
Today, I am excited about Power 90. It is a regimine that I can perform whether at home or on the road. Provided I follow the program and become more dilligent in food choices, I am confident that I can reduce my weight.
While my weight is a big part of my life, it is not what defines me. Rather, I enjoy running, dancing, reading, people watching, and spending time with my friends & family.

I have taken time a BeachBody time out. As a result, I have added a good bit of weight back to my body. When the scale displayed 235 lbs., I knew it was time to take action. I am back to eating a more nutritious diet and hope to work out more frequently.
