I'm a college student at Missouri Southern State University. I recently got back into law enforcement, and currently work as a Campus Police Officer. I completed round one of P90X, and look forward to improving my level of physical fitness.

I've completely changed my eating habits now that I've started P90X. Growing up I was always the skinny kid. At one time I was able to reach 185lbs, but with the bigger down side of gaining a lot of body fat along the way. I've been out of shape and had way too much body fat for my frame, but now I feel great. I've lost over 3% body fat, and I have muscle tone and definition throughout my body I've never seen before. I also noticed that my resting heart rate has lowered, 2 minutes of jumping jacks only gets my heart rate up to 60% of it's max, and my number of reps go up every time I workout. P90X is by far the best workout decision I've ever made.
