I have had a history of typical yo-yo dieting and now after seeing the results of Teresa (a MDB coach)it really encouraged me to get serious about my health.I have recently set goals, made daily changes that will have a positive impact on my health. I enjoy watching the latest movies (which i can still do but now watch them while I'm on my treadmil), I also enjoy walking, reading, and spending

So far I have lost 10 pounds just by cutting out soda and unhealthy snacks. My coach encouraged me to replace the unhealthy snacks with carrots, grapes, etc. I have also enjoyed the meal replacement More ...
So far I have lost 10 pounds just by cutting out soda and unhealthy snacks. My coach encouraged me to replace the unhealthy snacks with carrots, grapes, etc. I have also enjoyed the meal replacement shakes. I also started power 90 workout program and plan to continue it through the very last day...then I will decide what may be the next best program for me at that point.
