I am 35, 5'4 and 250lbs. In the past I have lacked motivation. I wanted to lose weight but not bad enough I guess. I had a gym membership for a year with a trainer, however I did not change my eating habits. Although I did feel more fit, I still had so much fat. I now need to exercise as well as eat right and I think things will go the way I want them to. I am inspired by the
