This is my 5th week using Power 90. My legs have gotten tight, my shoulders are getting definition to them, and my arms are getting slightly buffed. My stomach looks the same to me, but I was told by More ...
This is my 5th week using Power 90. My legs have gotten tight, my shoulders are getting definition to them, and my arms are getting slightly buffed. My stomach looks the same to me, but I was told by my local gym it is legs, upper body and then the stomach. I have only lost 5 lbs so far, but I am not dieting plus I just returned from a business trip. 2/7/09 is my 35th day and time for measurements.

Well day 35 and my weekly weigh in and 30 day taping came as well. I have lost 7 lbs. total, but I can tell by my clothes that I have lost body fat as well. I have lost over 1 inch from my stomach. My arms, chest and legs I was not impressed with because I thought I would have better numbers. I took my 30 day picture and by looking at it quickly, I looked basically the same. But with encouragement from my wife, I looked closer and I can see differences from when I first started. My face is thinner and my chest is starting to get definition (which I haven’t seen in years). Last year I was down to 220 lbs. due to dieting and was thinking of going down to my next pants size. At 225 I am planning to go to the lower size due to the fact that my lower body has become very tight and my current clothes are baggy on me. As I stated earlier, I am not dieting, but I am watching what I eat. This is my last week at Power 90 Phase 1 / 2. I am now going to graduate to Phase 3 / 4 now.

I am calling this Day 60 since I took a week long vacation and gained several pounds. Have started dieting along with P90 Phase 3/4. Lost all the vacation weight plus some. Took measurements and I am still not that happy, however, I noticed my hips have dropped 3 inches since starting. I guess hips make a difference when I look at my photos. Upper body definition is progressing with the program. Up to 20 pushups in a row. Could only do 5 when I started. Went from a size 40 pants to a size 38 as well.

Day 90. The past 30 days weren't the best for me. I have continued to lose weight and lost another inch off my waist, however, I pulled a hamstring three weeks ago. I was hoping to be at Phase 5/6 by now, but I am taking it easy at Phase 3/4. Have started to use dumb bells on some of the exercises since the resistances bands are geting easier to use. I have also supplemented my workout with additional stretching.
