In 2003, when my husband proposed to me, I was 185 lbs. By our wedding date in 2004 I had gotten down to 145 lbs with the help of Jenny Craig. But I got very sick soon after with an infection that would not leave. In a short time I was back up to around 190 lbs. Back to Jenny. I lost the weight again, getting down to 155 lbs. However I got sick a second time and gained it all back.

Since 2006 I have been trying to find both a program I can stick with and a way to modify my eating habbits without Jenny Craig (obviously, they were no help for maintenance or my immune system). I want to do this healthy and the right way. What good is being skinny if you get sick? This time I hoped I could get healthy by myself and avoid the compromises to my immune system I experienced in the past.

I am starting off my weight loss this time with Turbo Jam. In an effort to get my required vitamins and minerals I am also drinking Shakeology once a day. I was consistent with my Turbo Jam workouts for about 100 days. I lost over 20 lbs using Turbo Jam alone. But I knew it wasn't enough.

ChaLEAN Extreme taught me the importance of weight training for my body and personal self confidence. Not only did I drop from 185 down to 163 lbs doing ChaLEAN Extreme, but I started getting muscle definition EVERYWHERE. I put a review up on my blog and have had a great response from friends, family, and strangers as a result. The before and after pictures are awesome.

For the next stage of my Weight Loss Story I'm going to try adding in TurboFire and see what a difference it makes. I want to keep ChaLEAN Extreme in my weekly routine as well.
