My name is Chris. I have been working out for over 20 years but my workouts and results became pretty stale. After 2 surgeries on my arm for tendonitis, I had developed a "I can't do that anymore" attitude. I quit pushing my self physically. Around the same time I turned 40 and got a desk job for the first time in my life. I started putting on fat on my abdomen and started increasing the notches
