I'm just about to get started with this extreme workout P90X. At 47 years old I'm in better than average shape but certainly not good or great shape. I'm not happy with the way my clothes fit, or with my energy level and flexibility when I get out of bed in the morning. I'm ready to change all that! Lose weight, tone up, maybe even add some muscle!
