I was always a fat kid. In high school I was 175 lbs+ and I dreaded PE. Tired of my fat self, I wanted to really trim down. During college I experimented with starvation diets. My weight was in a roller coaster for four years: sometimes dipping into the 150s and peaking in the 180s from breaking the diets.

Towards the end of college I peaked at 185lbs after the end of one of my binge years. I

The first time I did P90X was November last year. My motivation for doing it was to loose the gut. I was 134 lbs and thin all over but still had a stubborn belly. By the time I was done with P90X I More ...
The first time I did P90X was November last year. My motivation for doing it was to loose the gut. I was 134 lbs and thin all over but still had a stubborn belly. By the time I was done with P90X I had dropped down to 129 and gotten a little toned but my transformation was not dramatic at all, plus the belly was still there. I spent the spring months going back to bad eating habits and half ass workouts and peaked at 140 lbs. Disappointed in myself, I'm giving P90X another try. I'm currently on my second round but this time I really want to see more results and I'm gonna loose the gut once and for all.
