I am a Personal Trainer/Kickboxing Instructor.I spent years bodybuilding but could never achieve the level of fitness I am getting now.This is not my first time using Power90,I've been so occupied with teaching classes I have been missing my workouts,so I decided to restart my schedule to shake things up again!

I am restarting power90 after achieving amazing results.I started out at 252lbs. and 22% bodyfat.I finished at 205lbs. and 10.7% bodyfat.I am a fitness instructor,and I am also a Youth Minister,Husband and Father.I don't like making excuses but,truth is I fell off my own schedule and in my classes I started standing around alot.My guess is between work and traveling with my Christian Hip Hop album(www.sowbigrecords.com) I experienced burnout.After missing my workouts I was down on myself, until seeing the saying NO EXCUSES JUST RESULTS! again.Now I'm back to pressing play,but this time It's for LIFE.No turning back!
2-4-09-I am restarting power90 before going to p90x.I slipped away,but this time I'm not going back
