I am a new mom trying to find the motivation to lose this pesky baby weight. I started with Turbo Jam, then Chalean Extreme, and now I am off to conquor P90X!!!!
I am also going on Shakeology to help with my weight loss, internal health, and maybe it will help with my joints too!

Transformation story

I had always been active. I played sports in high school, college, and post college (I even played roller derby for 5 years). Then I was pregnant with my daughter. Although I still continued More ...
I had always been active. I played sports in high school, college, and post college (I even played roller derby for 5 years). Then I was pregnant with my daughter. Although I still continued exercising by walking and the occasional zumba, all of my really intense exercise and activities had to get put on hold (can you believe that doctors won't let you play roller derby when you are expecting???). I gained the expected baby weight (although it was minimal due to walking every day and eating well). After my daughter was born in June 2010, exercise was the last thing on my mind. I had a c-section, so that right there lands you off your feet for months. When I was finally ready to start getting active, I was plagued with gallstones, which resulted in gallbladder surgery. I was also on milk production medication, with the side effect of weight gain. I started finally getting this weight off in December 2010. With only a few setbacks, I am on a great start. My goals are small....fit into pre-pregnancy clothes again comfortably without that horrid muffin top...and then work on knocking sizes down.
