I have always been pretty active until the last 3 years and the weight has piled on, and I am having a lot of trouble finding the joy in physical activity that I once couldn't live without. I have been wanting to do something about it and have kept putting it off. But my weight is starting to affect my health so it is defnitely time to get my butt in
