I have strived to eat healthy and maintain some type of exercise routine.  I keep
up on the latest health issues. I strive for  a balanced lifestyle by not taking
anything to an extreme. I maintain an average weight for my size and height.I
have never been overweight I feel because I try to be sensible about what I eat
and exercise.
I started slim in 6 August 30,2008. I also had some allergy problems at the same time so I did not get to continue on the schedule I planned before starting the program. I have still not built it up as I would like because I am concentrating on my abs. I have lost 1" in my waist. I keep thinking where I would be if I had been able to do the 6 weeks as planned. My plan is to start from where I feel I have attained a comfortable zone and go through slim 6 completely again and see what the results will be. I am happy with the 1" loss and ready to progress further.
Today iw Nov.14th 2008 and one month since I last measured and weighed. I am so amazed I have gained 1 " in the bust, lost 1/2" in the waist and 1/2" in the waist. I have been doing slim6 abs, stretches, walking 40 min. each day last two weeks. Recently I have been doing Tony's ab ripper as well. The ab workouts are fantastic....It proves to me 10 to 20 miniutes of abs a day makes a big difference! My goal is to get an hour glass figure I have always admired in the actress Marilyn Monroe on a smaller scale of course.....35 25 35 is my goal!!!Thanks BeachBody for inspiring me!!!!!I plan now to beef up my workout ..This progress has really inspired me and I want to do more in slim6.
