My life is very simple, I still have a lot of growing to do. I've always been attracted to sports, never really played any. I did go jogging here and there starting at the age of 13. I come from a extremely broken family and started having kids at a very young age. I lost and I'm still trying to find myself. Having kids at such an early age takes a lot out of you. Because your always giving, giving, & giving. Well in 2001 I started to get more serious about my health. I've done great in those years and in 2007 was at my goal weight and then I just wanted to eat more like the rest of my family was eating. I have 1 teenager and 2 pre-teens, so they eat a lot and on the weekends we usually eat pizza, soda, & ice cream. So I chose that route and here I am today weighing more than I've ever weighed before. I know I can do this. I just really need to dig down deep to choose to make it a life style. If you read this and have any tools or just some good advice make me your buddy today. Here is more about my life.I'm 33 in April will be 34.I'm 5'6 and a half inces tall and weigh 178.2. I am married & have 4 children ages 14, 11, 10, & 3. I'm currently a stay at home mom and run a small home daycare. So making time for me is hard. But I am trying to give my self at least an hour an half each day (some me time). Which of course is all exercise. Well this is day 4 and the 1st 3 really kicked my butt. I was like a zombie. But I'm feeling a little more like my self and I already feel my confidence rising. When I finish this 90 day challenge, my hubby said he would start it over with me again, so I have a lot to look forward to. Plus I get excited about wearing a bikini this summer.
