I am by profession an Interior Designer, and all those all-nighters and stress really took its toll on my body during my time in art school. I came back to Hawaii about 45 lbs overweight and feeling pretty terrible about it, especially since I used to be in excellent shape from years

So far the results have been amazing! After falling out of shape and gaining a lot of weight during college, it seemed like getting back into the shape I was during my martial arts competition days was too far a goal to reach. However, i'm happy to say im currently about half way there and feeling great! Can't wait to reach my goals then set higher ones!
