I am 46 years old and mother to two children ages 9 and 7. I am totally without energy and find it hard to keep up with my children, lol. My exercise level has been very low since I quit working and starting homeschooling the kids. It seems like the weight has just rolled on in the past year or so.

Most of my life I have been a size 12 and when I started having to wear 16/18 size clothes it

I started the Slim Series on Oct. 6, 2007, mixing up Cardio Sculpt, Cardio Core and Cool Down Express. I worked out 3-4 days a week for a couple of weeks, lost about an inch at the waist and 5 lbs.  More ...
I started the Slim Series on Oct. 6, 2007, mixing up Cardio Sculpt, Cardio Core and Cool Down Express. I worked out 3-4 days a week for a couple of weeks, lost about an inch at the waist and 5 lbs. Then I fell off the wagon over the holidays and gained that back, plus a little bit.

Jan. 2008 rolled in and I knew I needed to get back into my workout routing. Right now I am working out approx. 4-5 days a week using Slim Express mixed up with Hip Hop Abs, and various martial arts stretches and moves that my husband is doing with me.

My hip range of motion improved dramatically once I started working out and doing the martial arts stretching and moves. I can now sit comfortably, cross my legs, walk up hill and stand up with just a twinge of pain now and then. I am certain that as I continue with the program even those twinges will go away! I have also noticed that my neck and shoulders don't feel as stiff and problematic. I am thrilled with the benefits I am getting from working out.

I intend to actually feel comfortable wearing my bathing suit to the pool with the kids this year!
I am a work in progress and will post more results as they happen.
