In January 2010 I decided to get real about my fitness goals. I had been yo-yo dieting and starting and stopping workout programs since 2004. Up to that point I had ordered 4 Beachbody programs and More ...
In January 2010 I decided to get real about my fitness goals. I had been yo-yo dieting and starting and stopping workout programs since 2004. Up to that point I had ordered 4 Beachbody programs and never completed any of them.

Somehow ~ I got connected with some AWESOME coaches and just people in the Beachbody community and I made a promise to myself I was going to take fitness seriously. So I started (AGAIN) P90X...I got through the first phase and I was not happy with what I was seeing...I felt like I was bulking up instead of slimming down. With the advice of my coach I decided to put P90X down for the moment and complete a round of Slim in 6. Let me tell you that was just what I needed. I completed the 6 weeks and I felt better about the direction that my body was going in. I lost a total of 7 lbs. So I decided to go back to my all time favorite TurboJam...I LOVE Chalene Johnson!!!! She is my FAVORITE trainer...her energy is AMAZING!! I have been doing TurboJam, mixed with a little Brazil Butt Lift since April 1st and I am loving it. I am slimmer than I was when I started in January. I am down a total of 10 lbs, although I still have a ways to go. I am continuing to workout on me and embracing this new way of life.

As most people have done in the Beachbody community, I just order TurboFire and will be officially starting on July 1st!! Come and join me...this program is HOT and the music is GREAT!! I am READY to get my free tshirt from Beachbody!!
